From visual communications to a marketing start-up, consulting work for DAX 30 companies to service design - my years of international experience are full of improvements, improvisations & change. A journey full of joy, loss, fun, pain & lots of learnings. Out of curiosity & with a constant drive in life. Over the years I collaborated in, worked for & enjoyed many different projects with different clients, agencies & companies. Main industries so far: Automotive / Retail / Consumer Goods / Media & Entertainment / Transport & Travel / Action Sports. Mostly around the EU, but also with teams from the UAE, USA & Japan. Currently, my HQ resides in Berlin/Germany. A complete project or an agency workshop? I'm always open for new challenges.

Work Methods
In my 3 main pillars of Strategy, CX & Service Design, creativity is my main approach. My work is based on a synthesis of structured factors like problem identification, stakeholder centricity, business & personal conversations to detect key drivers & to create valuable validated ideas. My goal is to find out the Why, not just the What. "Technology Is The Answer - But What Was The Question?" Time to find out.
